The next meeting of the Weaverham History Society will be held on Tuesday, 11 March at 7.30 pm at the Weaverham Primary Academy, Northwich Road, Weaverham, CW8 3BD.
That evening David Nellist will be reviewing the history of this major chemical works in Middlewich which was taken over by ICI – but why was this successful company closed and the archives destroyed? A mystery to be solved.
