- "Secrets of a Cheshire Parish – High Legh"
- Judy Popley moved to Cheshire over 35 years ago from Yorkshire but still retains strong contacts with her roots. Having worked at Granada Television where she met her husband, she then worked for over 10 years at Tatton Park and then Arley Hall. Judy got her historical interest from her father, and researched the history of High Legh when her family moved into the Parish. Judy now runs her own event business organising specialist plant fairs at inspirational gardens and stately homes in the North and is constantly researching for new talks

- "The Huxley Viking Silver Hoard"
- The Huxley Hoard is a collection of Viking silver that was buried for safekeeping, but was never retrieved. The 21 bracelets and one ingot were discovered near Huxley in Cheshire in 2004. The hoard is owned jointly by Chester Grosvenor Museum, Cheshire Museums Service and National Museums Liverpool.

- The life and times of Sir Thomas Egerton (1540 - 1617) is detailed in this captivating presentation. Thomas was born illegitimately in Cheshire and rose to the highest positions under the rule of Queen Elizabeth I and thereafter, King James I. Sir Thomas is buried in Bernard's home village of Dodleston, near to Chester. After more than five years' research, Bernard gives a unique insight into the life of an influential confidant, lawyer, landowner and spymaster that history has overlooked.
