Owing to a change of dates our November talk on Trinity House has had to be postponed. Instead we have Mark Relf, a military and naval researcher, who will, appropriately, be talking about the history, development, current projects and types and dates of commemorations of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, with a touch of local interest as well. I am sure that it will be a fascinating look at this aspect of our nation’s history.
Our November meeting will be held on Tuesday, 12 November at 7.30 pm at the Weaverham Primary Academy, Northwich Road, Weaverham, CW8 3BD. In case you need the reminder, if you have not yet paid for your membership renewal you can do so at the meeting. I look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
